Personal information that is collected: 

We presently collect and process the following information which is submitted to us directly by you: customer name, address, date of birth, ID details, source and purpose of a transaction & source of wealth (copies may be required dependant on the amount exchanged, our risk review). The information requested may change dependent on the current regulatory requirements. 

Reason why we collect your data: 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are to meet legal and regulatory obligations 

Data collection usage: 

The data is used for admin purposes, customer services, mitigating risks including risks of money laundering, terrorist financing & fraud. The data collected is not shared with any third party or sent outside of the EU. We may request and share data with regulatory bodies and law enforcement. 

How we store your personal information: 

Your information is securely stored. Details provided are retained securely in out internal software. If copies of documents are taken, they are retained securely at the location. 

We retain data for 5+ years. We will then dispose your information in a secure manner after this time period. 

Your data protection rights 

Under data protection law, you have rights including: Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information; Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. Your right to erasure – You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. Please contact us if you wish to make a request.
